3 Tighten up all outer threaded joints, removing possible leak-
ages of oil, fuel and coolant.
4 Tighten up the threaded joints of fuel injection pump drive
coupling.
5 Adjust the clearances in valves drive mechanism.
6 Check and, if necessary, adjust the injection advance set an-
gle.
7 Check and, if necessary, adjust the tension of drive belts .
8 Wash-up the centrifugal oil filter.
9 Check the tightening of starter attachment.
10 Warm-up the engine to temperature of coolant of 75-90
o
C.
11 Change the oil in lubrication system.
12 Change the oil filter elements.
13 Carry out the maintenance of gearbox with changing of oil
in it (see «Gear Box» Section).
14 Carry out the maintenance of clutch (see «Clutch» Section)
