Measure dimension ”A” of the boring depths for the bearing in
the bearing cap in view of thickness of the gasket

0,1 mm (fig. 105).
Measure the dimension

from an end face of a bearing outer
ring up to a surface of a casing wall at the bearing pressed in against
the stop with accuracy of 0,1 mm.
Select the total nominal thickness of adjusting gaskets “S” from
a condition:

bearing outer ring up to the casing surface with accuracy of 0,1 mm,
make sure, that a centring ring pressed in against the stop, and spring
ring and the bearing is tightly pressed to the centring ring.
Measure the dimension of the boring depths for the bearing in
teeth coupling

, considering the spacer and boring, with accuracy of
0,1 mm.
Select the total nominal thickness of adjusting gaskets “S” from
a condition:
