3.13 High Speed Digital Input HSIN

There are 4 channels high speed digital inputs on cPCI-8168.
They are available on CN3 and CN4. Connections of these inputs
are shown in the following diagram. The isolated digital input is
open collector transistor structure. The Input voltage is 5V. The
connection between outside signal is shown bellow. Maximum for-
ward current through the diode of photocoupler is +/- 20mA.
