1.2.13.6.2.19 Bitmap-1 Offset1 (Data Type 29h)
In Bitmap-1 Offset1 data, each pixel is an 1 bit value that is used as the lower bit of address into a 256 ×
32 memory that gives the final RGBA32-8888 data value. The upper 3 bits in this case are tied to 3'b001.
Bits 1-4 are tied to 0.
