1.2.13.6.2.17 Bitmap-2 Offset3 (Data Type 27h)
In Bitmap-2 Offset3 data, each pixel is a 2 bit value that is used as the lower 2 bits of address into a 256 ×
32 memory that gives the final RGBA32-8888 data value. The upper 2 bits in this case are tied to 2'b11.
Bits 2-5 are tied to 0.

In Bitmap-1 Offset0 data, each pixel is an 1 bit value that is used as the lower bit of address into a 256 ×
32 memory that gives the final RGBA32-8888 data value. The upper 3 bits in this case are tied to 3'b000.
Bits 1-4 are tied to 0.
