On the SV-205 and IF-780 boards, ROMs are mounted. When replacing these boards, check the ROM
version by the following procedure and update the firmware if necessary.
How to check the ROM version
1. After entering “DIAG” from the PC connected to this unit, hit the enter key to activate the self-
diagnosis mode.
2. Enter “3” as a command number and hit the enter key.
Subsequently each ROM version is displayed on the terminal display of the PC.
3. To exit from the self-diagnosis mode, enter “QUIT” from the PC and hit the enter key.
