The number of C2 retries and IN point retries is the (number actually performed)/(Maximum number of
retries specified by FMT).
The number of C2 errors is the number of C2 errors which have occurred in the bank. As the C2 error is
reported for every half ID in the DTF-2, up to 80 errors can be reported to 40 IDs.
