Notes

Be sure to check the release amount of the reel brake when the reel table assembly is
removed or when it is replaced.

Tool

Wire clearance check gauge set: J-6152-450-A

Check

1. Turning the Power On

2. Releasing the Brake

Release the brake according to the CH07-S, T
Reel Motor Check. (Refer to Section 5-4-13.)

3. Checking the Brake Release Amount

Check that the brake lining does not touch the
reel table on the supply and take-up sides while a

reel table is rotating. (Specification 1)

If the specification 1 is not satisfied, perform step
3 and higher.
