8. Remove the CL Guide Rail

Remove the two screws, then remove the CL

guide rail. (Refer to Step 5 in Section 3-20.)

9. Loosen the Screws

Loosen the two fixing screws (PSW3

8) of the

CTL/TC head assembly by 1/4 to 1/2 turn.

10. Adjust the CTL/TC Head Position

(1) Play back the YR2-1A (IDR: 0 to 200000)

with the REC head.

(2) Insert a 3 mm flatbladed screwdriver into the

notch of the CTL/TC head assembly.

(3) Adjust the CTL/TC head assembly position

so that the specification is satisfied.

11. Tighten the Screws

Tighten the two screws loosened in step 9.

12. Recheck the CTL/TC Head Position

Refer to steps 6 and 7 in this section.

13. Install the CL Guide Rail

Install the CL guide rail with two screws.

(Refer to Step 24 in Section 3-20.)

In case the adjustment is performed

14. Check the CTL/TC Head Height

Refer to Section 4-5.

15. Check the CTL/TC Head Azimuth

Refer to Section 4-6.

16. Check the CTL/TC Head Position

Refer to steps 6 and 7 in this section.
