T Drawer Arm Height Adjustment

(1) Remove the Tdrawer assembly.

(Refer to steps 1 and 2.)

(2) Remove the stop washer and poly-slider

washer, then remove the T drawer arm from
the T drawer base.

(3) Remove the spring and poly-slider washer.
(4) Adjust the number of poly-slider washers

(height adjustment).

(5) Install the T drawer arm in the T drawer base

and check that the spec 3 is satisfied.

(6) Pass the poly-slider washer through the shaft,

then fix the T drawer arm by a new stop
washer.

(7) Move the T drawer arm in the vertical

direction. At this time, check that the vertical

play satisfies the specification 4.

If the specification 4 is not satisfied, repeat
steps

 until it is satisfied. (Vertical

play adjustment)

Remove the stop washer

Adjust the number of the poly-slider
washers (vertical play adjustment) at the

lower of the T drawer base.

3

Fix the T drawer arm by the stop washer

and check again that the specification 4 is
satisfied.
