The unit is variable and depends on the one you have currently
set.
Example:
INIT:CONT OFF
Switches to single measurement mode.
CALC:MARK2 ON
Switches marker 2.
INIT;*WAI
Starts a measurement and waits for the end.
CALC:MARK2:Y?
Outputs the measured value of marker 2.
