Running the Shading Correction Journal from the Main Taskbar
To run the shading correction journal from the Main taskbar:
1. From the Main taskbar, select System Maintenance and then click Set up Shading
Correction.
2. Follow the prompts to focus on the plates and create shading correction files.
Tip: To show or hide the taskbar that was most recently used, press F4.
Turning Off the Status Indicator Lights
To turn off the instrument status indicator lights:
1. In the MetaXpress software, do one of the following to display the Device Control dialog:
From the simplified menu, click Control > Devices >Device Control.
From the standard menu, click Devices >Device Control.
2. Select the Other tab.
3. Clear the Enable Microscope LED check box.
4. Click Close.
