Previewing the Acquisition Layout

Use the Plate Acquisition Status dialog to preview the display settings.

To preview display settings:

1. Select the Display tab.

2. Click Display Acquisition Layout. Individual image widows display where the image will

appear for each wavelength and the Plate Acquisition Status dialog displays where any
acquisition related dialog will appear during acquisition.

Note: If the image windows do not display, click the Active Wavelength Preview to
display an image window for each wavelength.

3. Leave the images in the default layout or do one of the following:

Rearrange the position of the image windows.
Change the size of the image windows.
Use the icons in the image windows to change the size, scaling, or look up table.

4. Click OK to save the changes. Display settings save with the acquisition protocol.

Note: Adjustments you make to images display when you use the active
wavelength tools, like Snap or Focus to change the display settings.
