Replacing the Transmitted Light Bulb

The ImageXpress Transmitted Light option uses a replaceable 12-volt halogen light bulb. See

Optional Parts and Accessories on page 249

WARNING!

The surface of the halogen lamp gets very hot during operation and

remains hot for up to 20 minutes after operation. Do not to touch the lamp surface
while it is hot.

To replace the transmitted light bulb:

1. Unplug the power cord from the controller box.

2. Remove the set screw that secures the cover on top of the tower using a 3 mm hex

wrench.
