9. If applicable, select each W# Wavelength tabs.

10. Click the Timelapse drop-down:
Select At All Time Points to acquire all time points for the wavelength.
Select At Start of Experiment to acquire only the first time point for the wavelength.
Select At Start/End of Experiment to acquire only the first and last time points for the
wavelength.
Select Every N

Timepoint to acquire time lapse images only for every n
th
time point
for the wavelength.
If you do not image a wavelength at every time point, the most recent image acquired for
that wavelength is saved in the database for that time point.
