If you have any doubt about the integrity of the external protective
conductor installation or wiring, use a battery to power the monitor.
Otherwise, the patient and the operator may be injured by electric shock.
3.1.3 Network Requirements
If the monitor is connected to a wired or wireless network, the specifications and
performance of the network must meet the requirements in the operator’s manual to
prevent delay or loss of data transmission.
If the network is provided by the hospital, the hospital is responsible for ensuring that the
network specifications meet the requirements.
The appendix of this manual also provides information about network requirements.
3.1.4 Bracket Strength Requirements
If the monitor is installed on a wall-mount bracket, make sure that the wall is strong
enough. For details, consult relevant professionals. The hospital must ensure that the
walls of the hospital are strong enough.
If the monitor is fixed on a ceiling supply units and other equipment, make sure that the
other equipment is strong and stable enough. For details, consult the equipment vendor.
