Turn the starting switch to ON position (B).

Check the DEF level gauge (1) on the machine monitor.

After checking, turn the starting switch back to OFF posi-
tion (A).

Set the frame lock bar to LOCK position (L).

Open up the cover (2) at the right side of the machine, and
turn the cap of filler port (3) counterclockwise.
The cap of filler port is opened.
