Turn the handle (2) clockwise from C to D.
You can keep the towing pin in the pulled up position.

4.

Pass  the  towing  pin  through  the  ring  of  wire  rope  while
pushing in the towing pin in the reverse order of steps 1 to
3.

5.

Fold the handle (2) toward the rear side of the machine.

REMARK

Normally,  fold  the  handle  (2)  toward  the  rear  side  of  the
machine.
