The 4 parameters are used for setting the
conditions of add motor:
1. P33.19 pressure allowance 100% is
corresponding with P30.02.
2. If variable frequency motor runs
frequency reach P33.20, and PID
feedback < (PID given – Pressure
allowance [P33.19]), this status keep
time reach P33.21, meet condition of
add motor.
3. Add motor process: firstly the current
variable frequency motor coast stop,
switch off the current running output
relay, after contactor switch on delay
time P33.37, then the next start relay
switch on (variable frequency
running), after contactor switch on
delay time P33.36, switch on the
previous RO switch on(power
frequency running).
4. P33.22 switch frequency when add
variable frequency motor; when
variable frequency motor switch to
power frequency power, in order to
reduce pipe pressure fluctuation,
before switch to power frequency,
inverter output a high frequency to
P33.22, then coast to stop and switch
to power frequency.
