BODY ‹ Clean body components as required
BRAKE PEDAL 9 Check for smooth operation
SERVICE BRAKES 9 Check brake performance and adjust if required
PARKING BRAKE 9 Check brake performance and adjust if required
REVERSE WARNING
DEVICE
9 Check operation when direction selector is in reverse
TIRES
9 Examine for cuts, excessive wear and pressure. See GENERAL
SPECIFICATIONS section
Wheels* 9 Check for bent rims, missing or loose lug nuts
Battery 9 Recharge to full state after each day's use
CHARGER / RECEPTACLE 9 Inspect connector system at each charge
MONTHLY - 20 HOURS (includes items listed in previous table & the following)
BATTERY
‹ Clean batteries & terminals with 1/4 cup (60 ml) baking soda to 1
1/2 gallons (6 liters) water solution, and remove the water
solution.
9 Check charge condition and all connections
WIRING
9 Check all wiring for loose connections and broken/missing
insulation
CHARGER / RECEPTACLE

Clean connections, keep receptacles free of dirt and foreign
matter
ACCELERATOR 9 Check for smooth movement
DIRECTION SELECTOR 9 Check attachment, tighten if required
STEERING ASSEMBLY 9 Check for abnormal play, tightness of all hardware

Check for excessive play, bent components or loose
connections
PDS SYSTEM 9 Check for proper operation of system
REAR AXLE 9 Check for oil leakage, add lubricant (GL-4, GL-5l) as required
QUARTERLY - 50 HOURS (includes items listed in previous tables & the following)
FRONT AXLE 9 Check for damage to axle and loose or missing hardware
FRONT SHOCK 9 Check for oil leakage and loose fasteners
