Before attempting to carry out any electric service of vehicles, the Run-Tow/Maintenance switch must
be set to its Tow/Maintenance' position.
When a power wire (of battery, motor or controller) is disconnected for any reason on the vehicle, the
Run-Tow/Maintenance switch must be left in the ‘Tow’ position for at least 30 seconds after the circuit is
restored.
Before a new vehicle is put into operation, it is recommended the items shown in the INITIAL SERVICE
CHART be performed (Ref Fig. A3).

Seats Remove the protective plastic covering
Brake Check operation and adjust if necessary
Tire Check tire pressure
Automatic charger Disconnect charger from vehicle
