Load test and replace batteries that cannot be

Battery connecting wire rust out or loosened
Clean and tighten the battery connecting wires, and
apply a coat of commercial terminal protectant to all
terminals
Corroded or loose battery connections to
ESC controller, direction switch or motor
Repair or replace wiring, and reset the towing
switch
Solenoid malfunctions
Replace solenoid
Key switch has failed
Replace the key switch, and reset the towing switch
Direction selector malfunctions
Replace the direction selector, and reset the towing
switch
Connector loose or separated
Install connector correctly
Faulty motor
Repair or replace the motor, and reset the towing
switch
Faulty ESC system
Test and replace components as indicated by test
procedure
position switch is repeated continuously for
over 5 times
Don’t press the FWD/REV position switch
repeatedly; reset the towing switch
Vehicle fails to run
Poor contact at the joints and plug-in parts
Check for poor contact of the joints and plug-in
parts, plug them over again, and reset the towing
switch

Test and replace components as indicated by test
procedure, and reset the towing switch
