ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
This vehicle will give years of satisfactory service, providing it receives regular maintenance. Refer to
the Periodic Service Schedule (Ref Fig.A8) for appropriate service intervals. Refer to Lubrication Points
(Ref FigA4) for appropriate lubrication locations.
Do not use more than three (3) pumps of grease in each grease fitting at any one time. Excess grease
may cause grease seals to fail or grease migration into areas that could damage components.
Some maintenance items must be serviced more frequently on vehicles used under severe
driving conditions
REAR AXLE
Check and replace rear axle lubricant periodically. There is a lubricant liquid-level check/filler plug in the
bottom of differential of rear axle; lubricant should be replaced only when the first half year expires (or
less months in case visible liquid leak is found out), and afterwards it should be replaced once a year
(lubricant model GL-4, GL-5).
