When vehicle is motionless, use a multimeter
to check for 0 current between the controller
output excitation binding post (F+, F- ) and
the motor excitation wire F1 and F2, check
for strung wire of external circuit, fulfill the
checks till correct excitation 0 point is
detected, and then restore the towing switch.

Use multimeter to detect the pickup of
contactor coil and measure the pickup
current of contactor; if the pickup current is >
3A, replace the contactor, verify that it’s OK,
and then restore the towing switch

Check connection of contactor, replace the
contactor if it is faulty, verify that it’s OK, and
then restore the towing switch

Reduce the load, limit the exciting current

Cut off the power supply, check the security
of accelerator connections, use the
resistance position to detect the white wire
and the red wire, step on the accelerator
pedal gradually and check for 0-5K

resistance, set the multimeter to its ON/OFF
positions, insert the both ends of the
multimeter pin onto the brown wire and blue
wire of the cable, step on accelerator pedal
by foot, the multimeter should hum, the
problems are solve, and then restore the
towing switch
Every time
a fault
occurs, it is
necessary
to reset the
towing
switch, and
the specific
procedures
are listed as
follows: Set
the towing
switch to
the position
marked
with “TOW”
first, and
then set it
to the
position
marked
with “RUN”.
