SD_PIM folder
Whether 1 item of data is exported or all the data are exported, the data is saved as one file.
For example, when you export all the received mail, the created file contains all the items of received mail.
File names are created as follows:
• For 1 item:Assigned automatically
• For multiple items:Automatically assigned by date (yyyy//MM/DD HH:MM)
■ STILL folder
To save images, first create the STILL folder.
When you save the file or folder from a PC, give the following file names and a folder name.
• Folder name: SUDkkk(kkk=001~999)
• File name: STILhhhh(hhhh=0001~9999)
Number of items that can be stored on a miniSD memory card
The number of items that can be stored on a miniSD memory card varies depending on the capacity of the miniSD
memory card used. The table below shows the maximum number of folders that can be created and the maximum
number of files that can be saved in each folder. Adding folders so that files can be exported to different locations
allows larger numbers of files to be saved. However, depending on the size of the files, it may not be possible to save
the maximum number of files shown here.
To check the amount of available space and saved data on a miniSD memory card, see “Using the function menu in
the Categories display” (P. 407). Note that total of the displayed amounts of available space and saved data will be
less than the capacity stated on the miniSD memory card itself.

When you save phonebook, schedule, ToDo, mail, text memo or bookmark files that have been edited on a PC in the SD_PIM folder, replace “nnnnn”
in the file name with a 5-digit half-pitch number between 00001 and 65535. Leave the “PIM” portion unchanged.

The file extensions are as follows:

VCF: Phonebook file (vCard file)
・
VCS: Schedule, ToDo files (vCalendar file)
・
VMG: Mail file (vMessage file)
・
VNT: Text memo file (vNote file)
・
VBM: Bookmark file (vBookmark file)

● When you use a PC to add folders in the STILL folder, replace the “kkk” in the folder name with a 3-digit half-pitch number between 001 and 999.
Leave the “SUD” portion unchanged.
● When you save a file, replace the “hhhh” in the file name with a 4-digit half-pitch number between 0001 and 9999. Leave the “STIL” portion
unchanged.
