The Sort display and Filter function can be used together. For example, to view only the unread messages in chronological order, select “Unread” in 
the Filter menu and then “Chronological

If you display the Message Request/Free list in the Sort display and then exit the display, when you display the respective list displays again the list

Selecting “Delete read” or “Delete all” when a list of filtered Message Request/Free is displayed deletes all the currently displayed read or 
unprotected messages respectively.

This option can be used to unread Message Request/Free also.

You cannot use this option to delete protected Message Request/Free.

●

 

This option can also be used to delete unread Message Request/Free.

●

 

You cannot use this option to delete protected Message Request/Free.

You cannot use this option to delete read Message Request/Free that are protected.

●

 

When only filtered Message Request/Free are displayed, selecting “Delete read” deletes only the unprotected and read Message Request/Free 
shown in the current list display.

This option deletes unread Message Request/Free also.

●

 

This option does not delete protected Message Request/Free.

●
