● Some sites and i

motions do not allow playback during downloading or data retrieval.
● With normal-type i

motions, if you stop playback while the i

motion is downloading, data downloading itself still continues.
● Even when you have selected “ON” in the “i
-
motion auto play” setting for i
-
motions, the i
-
motion is not automatically played when downloading ends
if you play the i-motion during downloading.
● If you select “OFF” in the “i
-
motion auto play” setting for i
-
motions, the i
-
motion is not automatically played when downloading ends and the data
download completion display appears instead.
● There are fixed play limitations for i
-
motions. “ ” is displayed in front of the title of an i
-
motion that has restrictions on the number of times it can
be played, the playback duration or the playback period. If the playback period is restricted, the i-motion cannot be played outside that period. Also,
if the battery pack is removed from the FOMA terminal for a long period, the date and time settings stored on the FOMA terminal are reset. In this
event, i
-
motions with a restricted playback period or duration cannot be played. See “About i

● When an i
-
motion is playing during downloading, it may stop playing or the image may be disrupted due to problems with the signal quality, etc.
● Some downloaded i
-
motions may not be played back correctly.
● If you are playing a normal i
-
motion during downloading (first playback only), you cannot use fast forward, frame advance or slow playback. In
streaming playback, neither these operations nor pause can be used. Press
o
(Stop) to stop playback.
● If data retrieval is interrupted due to problems with the signal quality, or if the retrieved data exceeds the limit on the permitted amount of data, and
the FOMA terminal can display “Play”, “Save” or “Property” in the data acquisition display, a message appears saying that the data could not be
downloaded and the data download completion display then appears.
● Playback during data retrieval may be interrupted or the image may be disrupted due to problems with the signal quality. If the i
-
motion is a normal-
type i-motion, you can play the i-motion again after downloading is completed, but you cannot play a streaming i-motion again.

i - motions that are saved to screen memos aren’t included in the i - motion folder list in the Data box. Therefore, you cannot use the play program or
standby display functions with these i-motions.
