View default keynote databases

On the Format menu, click Options.

In the Options dialog box, click the AEC Content tab.

Next to Keynote Databases, click Add/Remove.

There are at least two databases installed by default: the keynote database and the keynote assemblies database.
You can also add databases to the project that are project-specific.

Click Cancel twice.

In the Project Navigator, click the Project tab.

On the Current Project title bar, click

Next to Project Keynote Databases, click Add/Remove.

The keynote databases you add here affect only the current project.

View the keynote assigned to a style

In the Project Navigator, click the Constructs tab.

Under Elements, double-click Typical Core to open it in the drawing area.

Select the entrance door to the womens restroom, right-click, and click Edit Door Style.

On the General tab, the keynote C1020.A1 is displayed, which is a keynote from the keynote assemblies database.
