Generate a reference keynote legend

On the Annotation tool palette, click Reference Keynote Legend.

In this exercise, you added reference keynotes and a keynote legend to your detail drawing. You began by keynoting
the detail components you added to the drawing from the tool palettes or Detail Component Manager in previous
exercises. These components have extended data that links them to the keynote database. When you keynoted these
components, the associated keynote numbers and descriptive notes were retrieved from the database and displayed in
your drawing. Next, you added reference keynotes manually to the door, frame anchor, and sealant location. Because
these entities had no extended data associated with them, you needed to select appropriate keynotes from the database.
Finally, you changed the keynote display and added a keynote legend to complete the detail drawing. Next, you add
a new detail component to the detail component database.

Exercise 5:Adding a New Detail Component

You can add new sizes of existing detail components to the detail component database to meet project-specific needs.
This exercise shows how to use the Detail Component Manager to create a new door frame header component with a
unique face dimension. After creating the component, you insert it into a drawing.
