5.9 Shut down DMP Flex 350

To completely shut down the DMP Flex 350 system, follow the

next steps:
1. Close all open applications.
2. In Windows, click

Start

Shut down

to turn off the PC. Wait

for the PC to turn off.

4. Turn off the main power switch on the electrical cabinet of

the printer.

3. Turn off the 24VDC power switch on the control panel at

the rear of the printer.

5.8.3 Restart after Emergency Off

1.  Resolve the cause of the emergency stop.
2.  Release the emergency off button that has been pressed.
3.  Press the

button to restart the system.

4. Wait +/- 1 min for the oxygen sensors to warm up.
5. Open DMP Deposition.

Caution: Whenever an emergency off button has been pressed, alarm messages may pop up when opening

DMP Deposition after recovery. Wait 2 minutes for sensors to stabilize before clearing the alarm messages.

Caution: Depending on the quality requirements of the finished product, the print job may or may not be

restarted after an emergency stop interruption. Continuing the print job after an emergency stop will leave a

visible line on the printed part. This line can be removed during the finishing.
