INSPECT POSITION SENSOR RESISTANCE
Measure resistance between terminals at each servomotor arm
position as shown in the illustration.
Tester connection Condition Specified condition
4 - 5 Constant Approx. 6.0 k
Ω
3 - 4 Lever at ”COOL” position Approx. 4.8 k
Ω
3 - 4 Lever at ”WARM” position Approx. 1.2 k
Ω
If resistance is not as specified, replace the servomotor.

INSPECT REAR AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT

11. INSTALL AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
(a) Install the servomotor with the 2 screws.
(b) Connect the connector.
(c) Slide the floor carpet forward.
12. INSTALL LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISHES
13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATES
14. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIMS
15. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATES
16. INSTALL FRONT SEAT (See page BO-1 13 )
