REASSEMBLY
1.
INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCKS
Install the 2 rear seat locks with 4 bolts to the No.1 seat leg.
Torque: 41 N·m (420 kgf·cm, 30 ft·lbf)
2.
INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT ADJUSTER
(a)
Install the inner No.1 seat adjuster with 3 nuts.
Torque: 10 N·m (105 kgf·cm, 8 ft·lbf)
(b)
Install the outer No.1 seat adjuster with 2 nuts.
Torque: 10 N·m (105 kgf·cm, 8 ft·lbf)

INSTALL SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a)
Install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad.
(b)
Install the seat cushion frame to the seat cushion with pad.
5.
INSTALL SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
(a)
Slide the seat adjuster to the most front position.
(b)
Install the seat cushion assembly with 4 bolts.
Torque: 18 N·m (185 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)
6.
INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT HINGES AND RECLINING CONNECTING PIPE
Install the rear No.1 seat hinge with 4 bolts and reclining connecting pipe another with 2 bolts.
Torque: 18 N·m (185 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)
7.
INSTALL SEATBACK COVER
(a)
Install the seatback cover to the seatback pad.
(b)
Install the seatback frame to the seatback cover with pad.
(c)
Install the 2 headrest supports.
(d)
Insert the reclining connection pipe sub-assembly to the seatback assembly.
(e)
Install the headrest.
8.
INSTALL SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
(a)
Connect the reclining connecting pipe sub-assembly to the rear No.1 seat hinges.
(b)
Install the 4 bolts.
Torque: 18 N·m (185 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)

INSTALL SEATBACK BOARD

INSTALL NO.1 RECLINING COVERS
11.
INSTALL SEATBACK HINGE COVERS
12.
INSTALL CENTER ARMREST
Torque: 37 N·m (380 kgf·cm, 27 ft·lbf)
13.
INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT INNER BELT
Torque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)
14.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER
15.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
16.
INSTALL CUP HOLDER
17.
INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE
