INSPECTION
1.
REMOVE FRONT SEATS
2.
REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATES
3.
REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIMS
4.
REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATES
5.
REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISHES

REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
(a)
Slide the floor carpet backward.
(b)
Disconnect the connector.
(c)
Remove the 2 screws and servomotor.
7.
Manual A/C:
INSPECT SERVOMOTOR OPERATION
(a)
Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal
2 and negative (-) lead to terminal 1, then check that the
arm turns to ”COOL” side smoothly.
If operation is not as specified, replace the servomotor.
(b)
Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal
1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2, then check that the
arm turns to ”WARM” side smoothly.
If operation is not as specified, replace the servomotor.
