REASSEMBLY
1.
INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCKS
Torque: 41 N·m (420 kgf·cm, 30 ft·lbf)
2.
INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT CENTER BELT
Torque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)
3.
INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a)
Install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad.
(b)
Install the seat cushion frame to the seat cushion cover with pad.
4.
INSTALL SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
(a)
Install the seat cushion assembly with 4 nuts.
Torque: 18 N·m (185 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)
(b)
w/o CRS:
Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 18 N·m (185 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)
5.
INSTALL SEATBACK COVER
(a)
Install the seatback cover to seatback pad.
(b)
Install the seatback frame.
(c)
Install the 4 headrest supports.
(d)
w/ CRS:
Install the child restraint seat.
(e)
w/ CRS:
Install the child restraint seat cover.
(f)
Install the seatback board with 3 clips.
(g)
Install the 2 headrests.
(h)
Insert the reclining connecting pipe to the seatback assembly.
6.
INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTERS
(a)
Adjust the reclining lock positions of the reclining adjusters.
(b)
Connect the reclining connecting pipe.
(c)
Install the 4 bolts to seatback assembly.
Torque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)
(d)
Install the 4 bolts to seat cushion assembly.
Torque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)
7.
INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT INNER BELT
Torque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)
8.
INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVERS
9.
INSTALL CUP HOLDERS
10.
INSTALL ARMREST
Torque: 37 N·m (380 kgf·cm, 27 ft·lbf)
11.
INSTALL RELEASE HANDLE
12.
INSTALL RELEASE HANDLE COVER
