Clientless VPN Role Properties—Description tab
Optionally, provides an extended description. This information is useful to help track changes or it can
be used as criteria for searches.
The maximum length is 20,000 alphanumeric characters.
Clientless VPN Role Properties—Import Roles dialog box
You can import Clientless VPN user roles or group roles that have been pre-configured on an internal
or external authentication server or from a database file.

Single Sign-on Rule Properties—General tab
Single sign-on rules let remote users securely access password-protected resources without reentering
their password each time they use the same resource
The single sign-on General tab lets you designate users who can access password protected resources
from the user interface without re-entering their user name and passwords.

Description
Authentication
server
Authentication server on which roles to import are defined.
RADIUS and SecurID servers do not appear in the drop-down list. You cannot import roles
from a RADIUS or SecurID server.
Role type
Type of role to import. The options are:

User
A role defined for an individual user
■
Group
A role defined for a group of users
Import from file
Enables import of roles from a database file.

Browses to the database file containing pre-configured roles.

Description
Rule name
A unique name for the Clientless VPN single sign-on rule.
The maximum length is 256 characters.
Allowed characters are a-z, A-Z, numerals, periods (.), dashes (-), and underscores (_).
Do not include spaces in the name. The characters @, !, #, $, %,
^
, &, *, <, >, and other
reserved characters are also invalid.
Logon URL
URL of the HTML page that contains the resource’s logon form.
