The File Extension dialog box lets you specify a file extension to be used for content filtering.

Content Profiles tab
The Content Profiles tab lets you choose the HTTP incoming and outgoing sensitivity for the Dynamic
Document Review (DDR). You can also create and modify content profiles, which lets you customize
content filtering for different levels of users on your network. Within a content profile, you control the
degree of filtering that is applied by choosing to deny particular content categories. Depending on the
state of a particular list, access to the URLs contained in the list may be restricted or allowed, and the
corresponding dictionary may or may not be used by DDR to score Web page content.

MIME type
MIME type that you want to add to the Available list.
A MIME type is defined by a content type/subtype pair that is registered with the Internet
Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA).
The slash (/) character is required.
The allowable content types are:

multipart
■
message
■
application
■
image
■
video
■
audio
The subtype indicates the message format, such as gif, html, or mpeg.

If you do not precede the extension name with a period, one is added for you.
There are no restrictions on length or characters allowed.
