This  command  is  to  configure  service  instance  in  maintenance  domain 
mode, specify the VLAN corresponding to the service instance and enter 
the ethernet-si mode. 
The no format of the command is to delete the specified service instance, 
including  the  MEP,  the  configuration  of  cross  checking  remote  peer  MEP 
and  the  database  information  of  the  remote  peer  MEP  configured  in  the 
maintenance domain.
