Syntax 

Description 

vlanId 

The  first  vlanId  means  the  VLAN  ID  in  packet  Tag  and  the 
value range is 1-4094. 

vlanId

 

The  latter  vlanId  means  the  VLAN  ID  of  the  new  outer  Tag 
and the value range is 1-4094. 

 

 Note

 

The  flexible  Vlan  dot1q  tunnel  takes  effect  only  when  basic  Vlan  dot1q  tunnel  function  is 

enabled on the port. 

 

If  the  new  items  in  the  flexible  Vlan  dot1q  tunnel  (mapping)  table  conflict  with  the  existing 

ones, the system deletes all conflicting items automatically, and resets new items for the table. 

 

Flexible  Vlan  dot1q  tunnel  function  is  realized  through  the  mapping  between  flexible  Vlan 

dot1q  tunnel  and  the  port  VLAN.  Therefore,  users  need  to  add  a  Vlan  dot1q  tunnel  port  into 

the external VLAN via configuration. 

 

 Caution 

The items of the flexible Vlan dot1q tunnel (mapping) table cannot be configured on the Access 
port and can be configured only on Hybrid and Trunk ports. 
 
When a port switches to the Access type from Hybrid type or Trunk mode type, all the items in 
the flexible Vlan dot1q tunnel (mapping) table are deleted. 
 
When configuring Vlan dot1q tunnel/Vlan dot1q tunnel mapping items on link-aggregation port, 

it is recommended that the users add all member ports to link-aggregation and then configure 

Vlan dot1q tunnel/Vlan dot1q tunnel mapping items on link-aggregation port. 

 

The system supports a total of 1024 items in a flexible Vlan dot1q tunnel (mapping) table.

 

 

When  there  is  Vlan  dot1q  tunnel  configuration  on  the  port,  the  configuration  of  port  VLAN 

frame  filtering  is  invalid.  It  is  recommended  that  the  user  does  not  configure  VLAN  frame 

filtering on the port and keep the default configuration, that is, the port should allow all frames 

(Tag frames and Untag frames) to pass. 

 

For  port  type  configuration  and  VLAN  frame  filtering  configuration,  refer  to  Chapter  4  of 

Configure VLAN.
