7.2.2 Two-wire control, method 1
You switch the motor on and off using a control command (ON/OFF1) while the other control
command reverses the motor direction of rotation.

0 0 OFF1: The motor stops.
0 1 OFF1: The motor stops.
1 0 ON: Clockwise motor rotation.
1 1 ON: Counter-clockwise motor rotation.
