adjust the function, or you can twist the
Positioner

clockwise

counter-clockwise

3. Positioner Function Section 1
•
Enable
MENU
to assign
Positioner
control to
menu
functions, temporarily
disabling control over
positionable
functions. When the button is turned off,
Positioner
control (for a selected MLE and function) is restored. Note that when
you select a menu that includes the three
Positioner Icons
, the
MENU
button
automatically
lights. Refer to the section “
additional details on the three
Positioner Icons
.
•
Press
CENTER
to return the wipe, flying key or border to its default position,
typically removing all X, Y, and Z-axis offsets from the image.
4. Positioner Function Section 2
•
Press
PATT
to switch
Positioner
control over to the selected MLE’s pattern
generator. Note that there is only one
PATT
button in the group, yet there are
two
pattern generators per MLE. To determine which pattern generator is controlled,
check the
Pattern Control
group:

If
WIPE PP1
is lit, pattern generator 1 is controlled.
~
If
PST PATT2
is lit, pattern generator 2 is controlled.
•
Press
FLY KEY 1
to switch
Positioner
control over to the selected MLE’s
Key 1
group or
DSK 1
group. The
Squeeze & Tease Menu
automatically is displayed. If
FLY KEY
is enabled and the
Positioner
is on (and the
Squeeze & Tease
option is
installed), the key can be sized and positioned.
•
Press
FLY KEY 2
to switch
Positioner
control over to the selected MLE’s
Key 2
group or
DSK 2
group. The
Squeeze & Tease Menu
automatically is displayed. If
FLY KEY
is enabled and the
Positioner
is on (and the
Squeeze & Tease
option is
installed), the key can be sized and positioned.
•
Press
BORD 1
to switch
Positioner
control over to the selected MLE’s first custom
border generator (for
Key 1
or
DSK 1
). The
Dual Border Generator
option must
be installed.
•
Press
BORD 2
to switch
Positioner
control over to the selected MLE’s second
custom border generator (for
Key 2
or
DSK 2
). The
Dual Border Generator
option must be installed.
•
Press
DVE
to toggle between the 3D menu currently selected and the previously
selected 3D menu.
Note
To move two flying keys at the same time, press
FLY KEY 1
and
FLY
KEY 2
simultaneously.
Note
To move two borders at the same time, press
BORD 1
and
BORD 2
simultaneously.
