8. If desired, you can toggle the
Key Over
button between
On
and
Off
to change the
priority of the two keyers:

On
— Select
On
to change the priority to Key 1 , setting it over (visually on top of)
Key 2 . The
KEY OVER
button in the MLE Key 1 Group will now be lit.

Off
— Select
Off
to keep the priority as Key 2 over Key 1 . This is the default
setting.
This completes the procedure for performing a Split Key.
