Power Paper Stacker Maintenance

Power Paper Stacker PCBA

(Figure A–2)

Removal

1. Remove the left side panel as described on page 6–4 of Chapter 6,

Replacement Procedures.

2. Disconnect the five cables from the power paper stacker PCBA (1).

3. Remove five screws (2) and the PCBA.

Installation

1. Install the PCBA and secure it with five screws.

2. Connect the five cables to the PCBA, as follows:

P2 of the motor cable to J2 (3).

b. P4–2 of the stacker switch cable to the upper portion of J4 (4).

P4–1 of the position control switch cable to the lower portion of J4

(5).

d. P3 of the logic cable to J3 (6).

P1 of the DC cable to J1 (7).

3. Install the left side panel as described on page 6–4 of Chapter 6,
