Installing the Enterprise enhanced CPU daughter card

Procedure steps

Step

Action

Locate the CPU daughter card installation kit and remove the
CPU daughter card and installation hardware.

The CPU daughter card ships from the factory with all required
hardware. Ensure your shipment includes all of the items.

•

CPU daughter card

•

Hex key

•

2 socket head screws #2-56x0.625

•

2 socket head screws #2-56x0.188

Pick up the CPU daughter card.

Align the CPU daughter card connectors with the connectors on
the 8692 SF/CPU.
