the same name.
A file of the same name already exists,
so the specified name cannot be used to
rename the file.
Specify a different file
name.
-6146 USB storage overflow. There isn't sufficient available space on
the USB memory device.
Insert a USB memory
device that has sufficient
available space.
-6147 File load error due to
illegal header.
The file could not be loaded because it
is an invalid file (invalid header).
Specify a valid file.
-6148 File load error due to
illegal data.
The file could not be loaded because it
contains invalid data.
Specify a correctly
formatted file.
-6149 Failed to save. The process of saving the file to the
USB memory device failed.
Remove the read-only
attribute from the file.
-6150 Failed to load. The process of reading the file from the
USB memory device failed.
Specify an undamaged
file.
-6151 Failed to delete. The process of deleting the file from
the USB memory device failed.
Remove the read-only
attribute from the file.
-6152 Can't load empty
memory.
The process of reading the
measurement data failed because the
internal memory is empty.
Specify in internal
memory that is not
empty.
