8.5.7 Analyzer IMRR
This instrument : Set the oscillation frequency to 60 Hz and the AC amplitude to 10 Vpk.
Set the number of integrations to 200 cycles.
Set the analysis mode to CH2/CH1.
Measuring instrument : (none)
Connections : Connect a BNC short plug to the
CH1
connector of this instrument and
connect a BNC adapter to the
OUTPUT OSC
connector.
Connect one side of the BNC adapter to
CH1
and the instrument enclosure.
Connect the other side of the BNC adapter to
CH2
(when measuring the
IMMR of CH1).
Measurement method : Use the instrument to perform a SPOT measurement and read the
measurement value displayed on the LCD screen (gain in dB).
When the CH1 IMRR measurement has been completed, switch the
connections for CH1 and CH2, change the analysis mode to CH1/CH2.
Then perform the SPOT measurement and read the measurement value
(gain in dB) again.
