■ Numerical settings (immediate)
You can change parameters by selecting a menu and then pressing the
ENTER
key. Use the left and right
keys to move the cursor to the digit that you want to change. The digit to be changed will be highlighted.
Use the up-and-down keys or turn the knob to increase or decrease the value of the selected digit.
Pressing the up key or turning the knob clockwise will change the value sequentially in the order of
0
→
1
→
2
→
3
→
4
→
・・・
9
→
0
→
1
→. Pressing the down key or turning the knob counterclockwise
will change the values in the reverse direction.
Changes are immediately applied to the instrument. (The AC amplitude and DC bias are exceptions. The
actual output signal is not changed until the
AC/DC ON
key is pressed.)
Change operations that exceed the set range are not possible.
Pressing the
ENTER
key exits the parameter change mode and returns to the normal menu display.
Pressing the
CANCEL
key also returns to the menu display, but the changes that are made up to that time
are not canceled and the value that was last changed becomes effective.
■ Numerical settings (confirming)
This operation is the same as the numerical value settings (immediate) described above, but the changes
do not become effective until the
ENTER
key is pressed.
A range check is performed when the
ENTER
key is pressed, and if a value that lies outside the set range
has been entered, an error message is displayed and the setting is returned to the value prior to the change.
If the
CANCEL
key is pressed, the change operations that have been performed up to that time (up and
down keys or knob) are canceled and the parameter values are returned to the original values.
