3.5.2 Measure dialog
■ [INTEGRATION MODE]
: Set the integration mode.
This sets the integration mode. For more information on integration operation, refer to section " 4.4
Integration ".

: Set manual integration.
• SHORT
: Set automatic integration (short time, high variance).
• MED
: Set automatic integration (medium time, medium variance).
• LONG
: Set automatic integration (long time, low variance).
■ [INTEGRATION]
: Set the integration count or time.
This sets the number of times (or the duration) for manual integration. Increasing this value results in
lower noise and cleaner measurement results, but longer measurement time. For information on the
integration operation, refer to " 4.4 Integration ".

For number of times, the setting range is 1 to 9,999 cycles and the resolution is one cycle. For duration,
the setting is 0 to 9,990 seconds and the resolution is 3 digits or 0.1 ms, whichever is greater.
Integration is always performed for at least one cycle of the signal, even if the set value is 0 seconds.
