6.1 Overview
This instrument can save measurement data, measurement conditions, and screen capture data to files
located on a USB memory device that is connected to the USB port on the front panel of the instrument.
The data in the measurement data files and measurement conditions files can be read and used by your
instrument or other FRA 51602 instruments. The data can also be read by personal computers such as IBM
PC/AT compatible machines.
The formats for the parameters contained in the measurement data files and measurement conditions files
are listed in the following table.

6.2 Measurement data file format
The measurement data file is in text format (CSV) and can be used by text editors or spreadsheet software,
etc. The file timestamp indicates the time at which the data was obtained by measurement, not the time the
file was saved.
The structure of the measurement data file depends on whether or not the data was obtained by sequence
measurement.
