In the TeemTalk emulator window, host connection setup options
can be accessed from the
File
menu by selecting
New Connection
.
Types of Host Connection
TeemTalk supports several types of host connection:
TCP/IP
Enables a TCP/IP host connection. Refer to the section
“TCP/IP Connection Settings” on page 57 for details.
Modem
Enables a host connection via a modem. Refer to the sec-
tion “Modem Connection Settings” on page 70 for details.
Serial
Enables a host connection via a serial port. Refer to the
section “Serial Connection Settings” on page 72 for
details.
SSL
Enables a host connection using the Secure Sockets Layer
protocol. Refer to the section “SSL Connection Settings”
on page 75 for details.
SSH
Enables a host connection using the Secure Shell protocol.
Refer to the section “SSH Connection Settings” on
page 80 for details.
