BQ 3107 Settings

This dialog is displayed by selecting 

BQ 3107

 in the 

Settings

 menu. 

It consists of several tabs of setup options which are accessed by 
clicking on the tab titles along the top.

The Compatibility 
Tab

Operating Mode

Factory default: Block

In Block mode, keyboard entered data is displayed and processed 
locally, allowing you to edit it before a block of data is sent to the 
host. In Character mode, keyboard entered data is sent simulta-
neously to the host and the display.

VIP Mode

Factory default: 7760

The VIP mode can be set to 7700 or 7760.

Rendition Mode

Factory default: VIP

The setting of this option determines whether VIP or SDP display 
attributes are used.
